The involvementof God with humanity dates back to the days of creation. According tothe book of Genesis, God created the universe and everything that isin it from nothing. Notably, He created the first human (Adam).According to Genesis, Adam bore a resemblance to God. The assertionthen is that we are all made in the image of God. Primarily, Godwanted people to see him through their fellow human beings. Theimplication is that God is always with us. Going back to the story ofAdam, even after creating the man, God noted he was lonely.Consequently, He made Eve from the limbs of Adam. The involvement ofGod in the wellbeing of Adam shows his unending love and growingconcern over the overall well-being of his creations1.The paper will discuss the involvement of God in the day-to-day livesof the human beings.

HowGod Is Actively Involved With His Creation

God is notphysically felt and is part of the reason why people forget hispresence so quickly. During the Israelites journey from Egypt(Exodus), at some point, they grew impatient with the absent God andmade their gods. In their thinking, it was much better to worshipwhat could touch than to entrust their fate on what they could notperceive. Naturally, people want to believe what they can see andfeel than what is imagined2.Nevertheless, a majority of people believe in the power of God to seethem throughout their daily activities. According to Psalms 104:31,the Bible says that God is pleased with his creation and want it tobe successful3.Mostly, God looks after us each day, guiding our steps to ensure ourplans succeeds and that people do not fall into the traps of the evilone. The desire for God to see His creation succeed is an obviousexample of the involvement of God in the human beings dailyactivities. In addition, God did not create the universe without apurpose. He most probably wanted to make things that would be a joyto His heart. Therefore, He is ever involved with his creation.

The yetclearest example of the involvement of God with the human beings isHis willingness to liberate and save people from their sin. God cameto the earth through his son Jesus Christ. Notably, Jesus had theflesh of the human so that He could suffer like anybody else.Importantly, He took all the pain of humiliation to save the humankind. In His willingness to sacrifice His only son, God demonstratedHis love to us and His wish for everyone to succeed in his or herendeavors4.&nbspFurthermore, it shows the profound love that God has for thehumanity.

How The BeliefAffects the Way, We Interact With People within a Chosen Vocation

Aftergraduation, I intend to take up a career in counseling. The primaryrole of a counselor is to listen to the challenges of the client andshow empathy and care about their predicament. I need to have Godlove to assist my victims who may range from victims of domesticviolence to those dealing with the loss of a loved one. According tothe book of Mark 12:31, we should love not only ourselves but alsoour neighbors too in equal measure. 5Therefore,in attending to the needs of my clients, I will be guided by thedemands God has placed upon us to love and care for others. Notably, there is no greater commandment than loving one another. Therefore,my undertakings would be fulfilling God’s commandments.

Almost certain, most of the clients will be angry with God, asking why He has to putthem through the stressful situations. However, as a counselor, I canspeak positively to them and let them know that sufferings are notmeant to wear us down but to teach people perseverance. Jesus Christhimself had to go through trials and tribulations, demonstrating thatnobody is free from suffering and that it is a normal part of life6.&nbsp

Another qualitythat I need to explain to my clients is the ability to be trusted. Ifmy customers can get to trust me, I will become more credible andreliable to them. Consequently, they can share their pains andworries more openly. Helping those who are in need is a noble duty toevery Christian. Therefore, I have to make sure that my intentionsare clear and aimed only at alleviating the sufferings of mycustomers7.Notably, I have to be conscious that my actions will face judgment byboth the people and God. It would be in my interest to help withsincerity and openness.

In conclusion, matters of faith are not emphasized in the areas of work. However, nobody should feel ashamed to show their faith in their field ofwork. Using my Christians faith, I will help people facing difficultsituations and remind them of God’s unending love. Furthermore, itwould be routine to remind them that God is present in our lives andis aware of the pains and sufferings of humanity. Showing love andcare to the others is one clear way of demonstrating to my clientsthat God loves everyone and that the pain and sufferings will notlast for long.
