Intra-and interdisciplinary collaborative practice
Inthe US health, the collaborative patient-centered practices weremeant to promote participation of patients care in each discipline inand out the health centers. This will help in enhancing family andpatient-centered values and goals thereby providing techniques forcaregivers in enabling a smooth flow of communication (Moran,K. J., Conrad, D., & Burson, R 2016).Since the word “health care reform” increases with regularity andcirculation, many people are moving forward purporting theimplications and definitions that have the possibility of this ideaand the required actions that are brought about by it. All disciplinepractitioners in ways that will increase system efficiency is theidea behind coming together hence being one great perspective for thechange. This will provide a more holistic approach to health care aswell as improving patient access to services which is streamlined toguide them to fitness and as well addressing their personal problems(Angelini,D 2011).
Differentgroup practice modes are open to chiropractors who would wish to workunder the atmosphere of a team, therefore, making articles whichdescribes practices for groups that are interpersonal (Murphy,M. P., Staffileno, B. A., & Carlson, E 2015).Professional collaboration takes on many forms it can be held ininter-disciplinary level or may be of cross-jurisdictional that`swithin interdisciplinary groups. Behind all collaborations, qualityservices and proper care for the patients should be the keyobjective. It can also serve to bring all its participants to workingtowards a common goal and objective (Lungeanu,A., Huang, Y., & Contractor, N. S 2014).
Doctorof Nursing Practice (DNP) graduates will always come back to anadvanced practice nursing after completing their programs, and thisis due to the Institute of Medicine (IOM) that recommended for nursesto meet the changing demands of health and professionals of health. One is therefore required to gain more increased knowledge inevidence-based practices (Bender,M 2016).
Inconclusion, for improvement in patient diagnosis in the healthsectors nurses should be well equipped with more knowledge abouthealth and patient care, and in this case, they should advance theirstudies concerning in health programs.
