Theproposed theory/framework for the capstone proposal/project

Theproposed theory for the project is the systems theoretical framework.

Whythe systems theory/framework is appropriate for the capstoneproposal/project

Themethod is suitable for the proposal because it addresses the keyissues that touch on the way the proposed project works. It intendsto reveal the discrepancies that are noted presently with theintention to improve the current status (Bonnel &amp Smith, 2014).Moreover, to change the organization for the better to help theconcerned stakeholders that includes the palliative nurses in hospiceagencies. It does not intend to transform and switch to analternative way or approach of doing things but rather on improvingthe existing method through a review. It is imperative to note thatsituations change and are dynamic. And, therefore, the system mighthave been valid at the time when it was introduced but not presently. Therefore, there might be many changes that have occurred in thenursing and health care profession at large that makes theorientation system not to be very efficient (Martin, Brewer &ampBarr, 2011). It might have gaps that through the proposed projectwould find and recommend the best ways to improve.

Howthe system theory/framework relate to the purpose statement for thecapstone proposal/project

Thetheory relates to the purpose statement as it analyses the entireprocess of orientation and its drawbacks. Additionally, provides newinformation, and address new sets of skills that improve the workenvironment of palliative nurses in hospice agencies. It, hence, views or analyses the entire process as related where one actionimpact the other and also sections or departments actions affects theother working as a system (Bemker &amp Schreiner, 2016). TheFramework and purpose statement both view the challenge objectivelyrather than subjectively. It helps notes the relationship that existsbetween all the components in the structure making the systemtheoretical framework better suited in the proposed scenario for theproject.
