It also enhances financialstability within the organization hence profit maximization in thelong run (Schoemaker, Krupp & Howland, 2013). Since thedefinition captures the ability to influence, the effectiveness of aleader includes excellent communication skills, where leaders musthave outstanding qualities to give a base where others can learn. Inthis perspective, it leads to motivation within the team henceinspiration through their leader’s guidance.
Theeffectiveness of a leader also gets applied where the team buildingstrategy is considered to motivate others to work as a team.Effective leaders should also be risk takers where the leaders canassess the risks and make a practical decision on how to deal withthose risks in time. And lastly, effective leadership must beassociated with vision and the goals to motivate people when theleader articulates a vision of a given activity.

While in management,effective leadership helps in organizing and controlling theorganizational resources to achieve the desirable purposes of theorganization. In a successful organization, effective leadershipinfluences others to willingly make the decision on how they canreach the objective of the organization because every organizationhas a goal to maximize its profits. Most often, in control of theorganizational resources, effective leadership encourages the properuse of the resources and the power they possess to direct thespecific use of those resources into the valuable purpose and toensure it generates a better income to the organization.
