SUBJECT:Submission of findings by the research team.

Theresearch team received your communication regarding how to bestcommunicate with the Indonesian population. I am writing to informyou about my findings on this issue and also to provide theinformation you asked for in the memo you sent us.

Variousconsiderations must be taken into account while communicating withthe people of Indonesia. Since trucks the belonging to this companywill be infringing on some aspects of their way of life, it will beimperative to show respect and understanding to the people ofIndonesia (Kinsey, 2017). The company employees will be required tounderstand the various cultural differences of the Indonesian people,be courteous and polite to the inhabitants of the areas through whichthe company trucks will pass through. The employees of should also bemindful enough not interfere with the ways of the local people. Thisshall be done by acknowledging and respecting the beliefs, practices, and customs of the people. They should also desist from any form ofmockery, criticism, and looking down upon any of the people`spractices as it would give rise to conflicts between the company andthe residents (Reeves, 2017).

Itwould also be wise to get translators who will help bridge thelanguage barrier that may exist between the local people and thecompany`s employees. The employees who do not speak or understand thelanguage of the local people will need someone to interpret for them. This will increase the understanding and improve the relationsbetween them and the local communities. The company cannot purport tofoster a good relationship with the people of Indonesia if a languagebarrier exists (Mecozzi, 2017).

Thecompany should also show that the intrusion will not be adisadvantage to the local communities. The organization may makeefforts to improve the lives of the communities by promoting thetrading activities in the areas through buying products and servicesfrom the locals. The revenue the local people collect from thebusinesses may go a long way in improving their lives. As a result, the Indonesians will benefit from the interactions with this company.

Theresearch team will be meeting weekly every Friday at nine o`clock inthe morning. This shall enable the team to keep brainstorming onbetter ways to improve relations and to evaluate the success of thepreviously employed methods. Also, these meetings shall provide theplatform for efficient allocation of the subsequent week`s duties tothe research team.
